Fillers
Lip enhancement via fillers is a perfect way to try out fuller lips and surprise your loved one without needing to commit to surgery or permanent results. If you want that extra “wow factor” plump lips provide, fillers are a great first step.
We offer a range of different filler brands, which all work based on the same science, but have slightly different structural makeups. Depending on your desired result and treatment area, Dr. Sayed will help you figure out which one is best for you during your initial consultation.

All of our fillers are highly effective, safe, and FDA-approved to restore any lip volume you’ve lost over the years. Dr. Sayed carefully injects the filler into your lips using a small cannula to create plumpness.
The thought of injecting the lips can seem painful to some, but many lip fillers have mild anesthetics (like lidocaine) to significantly reduce discomfort. For sensitive patients, we can apply additional topical numbing cream. Following your procedure, you may feel some slight swelling or discomfort, but it will pass within a day or two. Applying an ice pack to the area can help too.
After just a few minutes in the office, your results will be immediately visible, and you’ll be good to return to your normal activities – no downtime necessary. Over the next several months to a year, your body will naturally absorb the filler returning your lips to their previous volume.

Lip Implants

Dr. Sayed can then place FDA-approved SurgiSil™ implants, made of solid, soft, unshaped silicone, via a small incision in each corner of your mouth. This technique requires a delicate touch and skilled hand but leaves no visible scarring. Dr. Sayed can also combine implants with fillers to create further sculpting and customization.
Fat Transfer
For those patients looking to create permanent enhancement but avoid implants, we recommend a fat transfer. Dr. Sayed will first use liposuction to remove a small amount of fat cells from another area of the body. He then purifies these cells to prepare them for transfer and ensure you get newer, healthy cells with a higher likelihood of survival. Then, after a careful injection into the lips, you’ll see lasting results. Dr. Sayed can also use this method to rejuvenate other areas of the face.
